ALPHAMED 2228GBF-90S by Alphagary is a non-phthalate, bovine-free, flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade produced from FDA sanctioned ingredients. It possesses good physical properties and excellent heat stability. It exhibits low temperature flexibility, water-blush and gamma radiation resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. ALPHAMED 2228GBF-90S is used in kink resistant, sparkling clear medical tubing. It passed the U.S. Pharmacopeia's Class VI and cytotoxicity requirements for disposable medical devices. It is formulated without DEHP, BBP, DBP, DNOP, DINP, DIDP and DIBP plasticizers.
