2228C / 50S by Alphagary is a flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade based on non-phthalate plasticizer. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. 2228C / 50S is used in non-toxic, kink-resistant medical tubing applications. It passed the U. S. Pharmacopeia's Class VI and cytotoxicity requirements for disposable medical devices.
