ALPHAMED 3016/2-85 by Alphagary is a high flow, non-phthalate flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade produced with FDA sanctioned ingredients. It exhibits sparkling clarity, high thermal stability and easy mold release. It is formulated without BBP, DEHP, DBP, DNOP, DINP, DIDP, and DIBP. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ALPHAMED 3016/2-85 is used in medical parts and meets the U.S. Pharmacopeia's Class VI & cytotoxicity requirements for medical devices.
