InLube™ PEICF30TF15 by Americhem is polyether imide (PEI) grade reinforced with 30 % carbon fiber. Is internally lubricated with 15 % polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Possesses enhanced mechanical & thermal properties and shows improved durability. Exhibits reduced coefficient of friction and wear. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications could be endoscopic medical instruments, inhalers, pumps, pharmaceutical & pill dispensing equipment, internal components for printers, mailing machines, copiers and business machine bearings. Can also be used in building and constructions sector such as capstock films for siding & windows and construction fasteners. Transportation applications range from bearings, rail guards, stocks for firearms, pistol grips, night vision goggles and insulation blankets for airplanes. Other applications may include industrial pulley systems, belt systems & chemical pump components and recreational vehicles such as ATVs, golf carts, snowmobiles, trailers and RVs. Also recommended for consumer goods like exercise equipment, sports and leisure equipment, sporting goods, elevator buttons and any thermoplastic applications requiring antimicrobials. InLube™ PEICF30TF15 complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
