Barrel Blitz Universal

Barrel Blitz Universal by Aquapurge is a purging compound made from a stable, easy-clearing polymer and Aquapurge’s proprietary Scrubber Concentrate. Available as a free-flowing powder and is effective at a temperature of 160°C (320°F) to 370°C (698°F). Is ideal as a strip-down material, effective for high temperature materials and easily cleaned out by any material including clear ones (no milky moldings). It delivers fast color & material changes and removes carbon deposit. Is self-clearing i.e all traces of carbonised material will be completely removed without the need to pull the screw. Regular usage reduces the need for screw and barrel cleaning thereby frees up key staff, reduces machine downtime and boosts part quality.
