Rilsamid® AECV BLACK P40 T8L by Arkema is a very low density polyamide 12 (PA 12 / Nylon 12) grade, containing lubricants and plasticizer. Is a light- , heat- and UV stabilized grade, exhibiting easy processing, very low moisture absorption, good flexibility, dimensional stability and barrier properties. Offers low friction coefficient, long term performance and good resistance to abrasion, chemical and weather. Designed for injection molding and sheet extrusion applications. Rilsamid® AECV BLACK P40 T8L is recommended for cable coating. Suitable for use in moisturized conditions.
