Leona™ FG171 by Asahi Kasei is a halogenated, flame-retardant polyamide 66 (PA 66, nylon 66) reinforced with 25% glass fiber. It offers improved water absorption and better dimensional stability.
  • It provides excellent rigidity, toughness, durability and electrical characteristics.
  • It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
  • It is used in electrical parts, switches, connectors and electronic applications.
  • Leona™ FG171 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
