XYRON™ X1712

XYRON™ X1712 is a flame retardant polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS) alloy, reinforced with 40% filler. Exhibits ultra-low warpage and high stiffness. Designed for injection molding process. Possible applications are CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled chassis, CD-RW drive sub chassis, printer carriages, optical chassis for laser printers, laser printer frame chassis and LED cases. Complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating.
