Vydyne® R513 NAT

Vydyne® R513 NAT by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 13% glass fiber. The resin is lubricated for machine feed, flow and mold release. Shows high heat distortion temperature, better dimensional stability, tensile strength and modulus below aluminium and zinc. Offers heat stability, good flow high rigidity and strength. Exhibits good chemical-, creep-, impact-, grease-, gasoline-, machine oil-, hydraulic fluid- and solvent (aliphatic & aromatic hydrocarbon) resistance. Designed to provide improved retention of physical properties under exposure to long-term heat. The continuous operating use temperature is 275°F with short term peak temperature > 475°F. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive under the hood, motor housings, gears, power/other tools, garden appliances, brackets and clip applications.
