Vydyne® R515H BK02

Vydyne® R515H BK02 by Ascend Performance Materials is a heat stabilized, lubricated, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Offers high flow, good mold release, high rigidity, strength, high heat distortion temperature, better dimensional stability, superior surface appearance and excellent knit-line strength. Exhibits good chemical-, creep-, grease-, gasoline-, oil-, hydraulic fluid-, hydrolysis- and solvent resistance. Designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions and minimize oxidative degradation when exposed at elevated temperatures. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive clips, radiator end tanks, parts of the air-conditioning, petrol distribution system (under the hood), electrical connectors, housings, bobbins, industrial applications such as gears, bearing shells, covers, housings, power and other tools.
