Vydyne® R530H BK0201 by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It displays antifreeze-, fatigue-, chemical-, hydrolysis-, gasoline- and solvent- resistance. This grade possesses good flow and excellent knit-line strength. It provides improved retention of physical properties under exposure to long-term heat, high heat distortion, resistance to creep and dimensional stability. It is processed by injection molding. Vydyne® R530H BK0201 is used in automotive under the hood connectors, fasteners, transmission applications, radiator end tank and heat core applications.
