Vydyne® R530HR BK652

Vydyne® R530HR BK652 by Ascend Performance Materials is a black colored, lubricated, heat stabilized polyamide (PA 66) resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits antifreeze-, fatigue-, gasoline-, solvent- and chemical resistance. Provides high flow and superior hydrolysis resistance for demanding automotive cooling system components. Shows more than twice the tensile strength and elongation retention of standard 30% reinforced PA66 after 3500 hrs of aging in automotive coolant at 120°C and also similar property retention benefits at 130°C for 1000 hrs of coolant aging. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Vydyne® R530HR BK652 is recommended for automotive under the hood applications. Is listed with ASTM D 4066 PA0121G30, ASTM D 6779 PA0121G30 and E70062.
