Vydyne® R533 NT

Vydyne® R533 NT by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 13% glass fiber. The resin is lubricated for machine feed, flow, mold release, high rigidity, good electrical properties and strength. Shows high heat distortion temperature, better dimensional stability, tensile strength and modulus below aluminium and zinc. Exhibits good chemical-, creep-, gasoline-, corrosion-, hydraulic fluid- and solvent resistance. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive under the hood, motor housings, gears, power/other tools, garden appliances, brackets, clips, appliances, connectors, electronic, lighting and thin-walled parts. Vydyne® R533 NT complies with ASTM D 4066 PA011G35, ASTM D 6779 PA011G35, EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, EU 2023/2006 Agency Ratings, UL File No. E70062, UL-94 (HB) Flame Ratings, CHRYSLER MS-DB-41 CPN1853 Color: Natural Automotive Specifications and FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 regulations.
