Vydyne® R550H NT0687

Vydyne® R550H NT0687 by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Exhibits superior surface appearance, high flow, high heat distortion temperature, better dimensional stability, good mold release, high rigidity and high strength. Provides creep-, chemicals-, gasoline-, hydraulic fluid- and solvent resistance. Designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures and minimized oxidative degradation. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive clips, radiator endtanks, housings, parts of the air-conditioning, fuel distribution systems, electrical connectors, housings, bobbins, industrial applications such as gears, bearing shells, covers, housings, power/other tools. Vydyne® R550H NT0687 complies with ASTM D 4066 PA012G50, ASTM D 6779 PA012G50, EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, EU 2023/2006 Agency Ratings, UL File No. E70062, UL-94 (HB) Flame Ratings, CHRYSLER MS-DB-41vCPN2043 Color: Natural, GM EDS-M-5165-02, GM GMP.PA66.013 Color: Natural, GM GMP.PA66.054 Color: Natural, GM GMW3038P-PA66-GF50H Color: Natural Automotive Specifications and FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 regulations.
