Vydyne® R550H NT453

Vydyne® R550H NT453 by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, heat stabilized, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Shows high heat distortion temperature, better dimensional stability, good flow, mold release, high rigidity, strength, excellent knit-line strength and superior surface appearance. Exhibits good chemical-, creep-, fatigue-, hydrolysis-, gasoline-, hydraulic fluid- and solvent resistance. Designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures and minimizes oxidative degradation. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive clips, radiator end-tanks, parts of the air-conditioning, fuel distribution systems, electrical connectors, housings, bobbins, industrial applications such as gears, bearing shells and covers applications.
