Vydyne® R633H05

Vydyne® R633H05 by Ascend Performance Materials is a lubricated, heat stabilized, blend of polyamide 66 (PA 66) and polymer 6 (PA 6) copolymer, reinforced with 33% glass fiber. It is formulated to minimize the oxidative and thermal degradation when exposed to elevated temperatures for extended periods of time. Exhibits superior surface appearance, machine feed, mold release, tensile strength and modulus properties just below aluminum and zinc. Offers high distortion temperature, high impact, better dimensional stability, good mold release, good surface finish, high rigidity and high tensile strength. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in under-the-hood automotive applications, motor housings for power tools, lawn and garden appliances, brackets, metal replacement, power/other tools, gears and clips. Vydyne® R633H05 complies with ASTM D 4066 PA112G35, ASTM D 6779 PA082G35 Agency Rating, UL File No. E70062, UL-94 (HB) Flame Rating, ASTM D4066 PA111, CHRYSLER MS-DB-41 CPN3275, CHRYSLER MS-DB-41 CPN4005 Color: Black, FEDERAL LP410A, FORD ESB-M4D133-A, FORD ESL-M4D533-A, GM GMP.PA66/6.002 Color: Black, GM GMP.PA66/6.004 Color: Black, SAE J1639 PA1816 and SAE J1639 PA1816 Z6 Automotive Specifications.
