150Gx by Asia International Enterprise is a polyether imide (PEI) grade reinforced with glass fiber. The glass fiber content ranges from 10% (150G2), 20% (150G4), 30% (150G6) and 40% (150G8). Exhibits high temperature resistance, good dimensional stability, good electrical properties and high mechanical strength. Offers excellent thermal resistance, broad chemical resistance, inherent flame retardance, high toughness, good wave-transmittance and good processability. Also offers durability, fatigue resistance and ultra-high wear resistance. Satisfies the standards of environment protection, effectively reduce energy consumption and improves the efficiency of automobiles. 150Gx is recommended for aircraft, automotive, electrical and electronic applications.
