Complet™ PKE

Complet™ PKE by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) are semi-crystalline, long glass-fiber reinforced polyketone (POK) series. They exhibit excellent chemical resistance, low moisture uptake and dimensional stability similar to nylon (PA6 and PA66). They provide additional sustainable alternative to polyamides (PA).

• They offer over 2x higher impact properties than short fiber reinforced solutions while maintaining impact properties in cold and demanding environments.
• They can help reduce carbon footprint producing 61% less carbondioxide than PA66, 46% less than PA6, and 30% less than POM.
• They are especially useful in applications in chemical, fuel contact, and high-moisture environments that benefit from chemical and hydrolysis resistance.
• Complet™ PKE are used in pipes, tubing, fluid management, electrical connectors, battery components, under-the-hood fuel/chemical contact components, non-structural interior components, oil and gas components.
