OnForce™ LFT NN-LCF

OnForce™ LFT NN-LCF by Polyone is a PA (polyamide) 66 grade reinforced with long glass-fiber. Exhibits enhanced physical and mechanical properties versus standard short fiber products. Offers improved impact strength, elastic modulus, and material strength across wide temperature ranges from sub-ambient to highly elevated. Also offers improved creep & fatigue performance, dimensional stability and surface finish when compared to traditional highly-filled, short fiber products. It can be processed using injection molding. OnForce™ LFT NN-LCF by Polyone is formulated for demanding applications which require high stiffness and good impact such as metal replacement or other structural applications.
