Stat-Tech™ A70 C20 BK007 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a black, electrically conductive polyamide 66 (PA66) resin reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. Imparts anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offers high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. Stat-Tech™ A70 C20 BK007 can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for transportation, electrical, sensitive electronic equipment & components and healthcare/medical application such as conductive pipette tips.
