Stat-Tech™ PC-15CF-15GF/000 BK002

Stat-Tech™ PC-15CF-15GF/000 BK002 is a black, impact modified polycarbonate resin reinforced with 15% carbon/glass fiber. Exhibits good impact resistance, flowability, mold releasing properties and thermal stability. Is an electrically conductive grade imparting anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for electrical/electronic housing applications and business equipment.
