Stat-Tech™ PP-CP1/000 HF6 Black

Stat-Tech™ PP-CP1/000 HF6 Black by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a black colored, electrically conductive polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer resin. Imparts anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Stat-Tech™ PP-CP1/000 HF6 Black provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, high flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for healthcare/medical applications such as conductive pipette tips.
