Stat-Tech™ Stat-Tech™ X0300-8001 EDS BK001 is an anti-static, electrically conductive polycarbonate resin reinforced with 8% carbon fiber. Is a flame retardant grade imparting electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for aerospace applications, automotive-under the hood, business equipment, electrical/electronic housings and printer parts. Complies with RoHS.
