Stat-Tech™ SZ6446701

Stat-Tech™ SZ6446701 is a black, electrically conductive polyamide 610 (PA 610) resin reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Imparts anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offers high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for transportation, electrical, sensitive electronic equipment & components and healthcare/medical application such as conductive pipette tips.
