Westlake PVC 11470 by Westlake Chemical is a highly flame retardant flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Available as clear and transparent pellets in North America region. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Westlake PVC 11470 is recommended for cable jacketing applications such as jacket in VW-1 wire type constructions.
