Westlake 13871 by Westlake Chemical is a non-lead stabilized flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Offers good sunlight resistance of 720 hours and good UV resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Westlake PVC 13871 is recommended for insulation applications. Complies with UL class 43 and UL type TW agency ratings.
