16930 by Westlake Chemical is a non-lead stabilized flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Offers good sunlight resistance of 720 hours and excellent weatherable properties. Available as black colored pellets in North America region. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. 16930 is recommended for exterior building wire, tray cable and insulation applications.
