17890 by Westlake Chemical is a flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is a non-lead stabilized grade suitable for processing by extrusion. It is formulated for a variety of building wire and TH, THW type wire insulation applications that require Class 43 certifications. 17890 can service temperatures upto 90°C.
