AXPOLY® r-ABS52 1000

AXPOLY® r-ABS52 1000 is a tough, high performance ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) engineering polymer. It is recycled from end-of-life automotive resources and recovered from non-metallic waste fraction which arises from end-of-life vehicle (ELV) treatment plants. Also, it has a stabile pricing (not linked to volatile oil market). Offers significant carbon savings of 70% when compared with virgin plastics. It can be processed using thermoforming. AXPOLY® r-ABS52 1000 is suitable for molding parts that require durability, longevity, strong puncture strength and good dimensional stability, such as automotive trim components like car wing mirrors and car bumpers. Owing to good electrical insulation properties, it is also suitable for use in enclosures for domestic products like vacuum cleaners and kitchen appliances.
