Ultrafuse HiPS (Old Name: Innofil3D HiPS) by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a high impact polystyrene based filament for fused filament fabrication. It is a high quality engineering thermoplastic designed for 3D-printing industry as a support material for ABS. It offers good impact resistance, good dimensional stability and easy post-processing. Ultrafuse HiPS is easy to post process with glue or sanding paper. It has a shelf life of 12 months. The use of hot air dryer and vacuum oven is recommended for drying.
