Ultrasint® PA6 MF black

Ultrasint® PA6 MF black by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a mineral-filled, polyamide 6 powder for laser sintering. It shows high modulus, high strength & rigidity and excellent thermal distortion stability. Provides improved powder homogeneity, better spreading and easier recycling, high tensile and high flexural modulus as well as high impact strength compared to unfilled material. Offers media tightness as-printed, very high heat deflection temperature and in-particle reinforcement technology. It ensures precise feature control, very good mechanical properties and simple surface reprocessing of 3D printed parts. Ultrasint® PA6 MF black is used in powder bed fusion (PBF), engine compartment parts, media flow & storage parts i.e. oil housings & covers, tooling equipment and molds.
