Ultradur® B 4520 BK00110

Ultradur® B 4520 BK00110 by BASF is an unreinforced, medium viscosity, rapidly freezing, semi-crystalline, saturated, thermoplastic polyester derived from polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). It exhibits toughness, high rigidity & strength, good dimensional stability under heat, good impact resistance, very high resistance to wear, thermostability, sliding friction properties, good insulation properties, good impact strength, low water absorption, good resistance to chemicals & weathering, and excellent heat ageing behavior. It can be processed using injection molding. Ultradur® B 4520 BK00110 is recommended for chassis, housings for home appliances, office & sewing machines, and coil formers. It is listed with TSCA, CA Prop. 65 and EPCRA 311/312.
