Ultraform® S2320 003 PRO AT by BASF is an unfilled acetal polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer grade. It is an easy-flowing and rapidly freezing grade. It shows excellent chemical resistance, high rigidity, good mechanical strength and elastic properties. It provides high toughness, dimensional stability and excellent sliding friction properties. It can be processed using injection molding. Ultraform® S2320 003 PRO AT is used in designing thin-walled parts. It can be used in functional parts in devices such as insulin pens or powder inhalers as well as for plug in connectors or medical device handles. Complies with the basic requirements of Pharmacopoeia and Biocompatibility-Tests in Europe, United States and Japan. Also, it is in compliance with multiple regional food contact regulations, especially for Europe and United States.
