Ultramid® 8333G HI

Ultramid® 8333G HI is an impact modified PA6 grade reinforced with 33% glass fiber. Possesses good elastic properties, high dimensional stability, high creep strength and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, high impact resistance, good processability, good damping characteristics, high surface aesthetics and high shock resistance even in dry state and at low temperatures. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants, hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding. Suitable for applications such as front wheel chair wheels, bicycle wheels, power tool housings, chain saw housings, clips and fasteners, hose clamps and window hardware. Is compliant with RohS directive 2011/65/EC and WEEE directive 2002/96/EC.
