Ultramid® A3XG3 BK20562

Ultramid® A3XG3 BK20562 is a polyamide 66 grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Is a flame retardant grade based on red phosphorous. Possesses good elastic-, mechanical- and electrical properties, dimensional stability, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides enhanced long-term heat stability, outstanding surface finish, good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, very good impact strength and good processability. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants, hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding. Used for material parts in electrical, mechanical, automotive and chemical engineering.
