Ultramid® A3Z HP UV BK23220

A3Z HP UV BK23220 is a black colored, UV-stabilized polyamide 66 grade. It also contains heat stabilizer and is impact modified. Offers maximum toughness at low temperatures and a good combination of impact performance and excellent processability. Possesses good elastic-, mechanical- and electrical properties, dimensional stability, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides high rigidity, high mechanical strength, stiffness and thermal stability. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding. Ultramid® A3Z HP UV BK23220 can be used for material parts in electrical, mechanical, automotive and chemical engineering.
