Ultramid® A3ZM2 BK30564

Ultramid® A3ZM2 BK30564 is a specially formulated, non-conductive polyamide 66 grade. Possesses good elastic properties, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides good toughness at low temperatures, predictable dimensional stability, high rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, very good impact strength, thin wall processability and a Class A surface. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding. Used for off-line paint applications, automotive mirror shells and fuel doors and automotive and industrial panels.
