Ultramid® B33LN 01

Ultramid® B33LN 01 by BASF is a medium viscosity PA6 grade with nucleating and slip agent. It is possesses good elastic properties, clarity, high dimensional stability, high creep strength and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, high impact resistance, good processability, good damping characteristics and high shock resistance even in dry state and at low temperatures. It exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Ultramid® B33LN 01 is processed by extrusion. It is used for production of cast film. It is compliant with RohS directive 2011/65/EC, WEEE directive 2002/96/EC. Conforms to FDA requirements including 21 CFR 177.1500, EU Directive 2002/72/EC and the German BfR recommendation "X Polyamide", 1.6.1998.
