Ultramid® B3GM35 Q643

Ultramid® B3GM35 Q643 is a PA6 grade reinforced with 40% combined glass-fiber and mineral fiber. Possesses good elastic properties, high dimensional stability, high creep strength and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides good toughness at low temperatures, medium rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, enhanced impact resistance, good processability, good damping characteristics and high shock resistance even in dry state and at low temperatures. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants, hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding. Suitable for industrial articles requiring medium rigidity and high dimensional stability. Is compliant with RohS directive 2011/65/EC and WEEE directive 2002/96/EC.
