Ultramid® B3WG7 BK00564

Ultramid® B3WG7 BK00564 is a heat stabilized, black pigmented PA6 grade reinforced with 35% glass fiber. Possesses good elastic properties, dimensional stability, high creep strength and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, high impact resistance, good processability, good damping characteristics and high shock resistance in dry state and at low temperatures. Exhibits good heat aging resistance and outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants, hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as clutch and accelerator pedals. Is compliant with RohS directive 2011/65/EC and WEEE directive 2002/96/EC.
