Ultramid® B3WGM24 BK30564

Ultramid® B3WGM24 BK30564 by BASF is a heat-stabilized, black pigmented PA6 grade reinforced with 30% glass and mineral fiber. Possesses good elastic properties, high dimensional stability, high creep strength and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides good flow, good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, high impact resistance, good processability, good surface finish, good damping characteristics and high shock resistance in dry state and at low temperatures. Exhibits low tendency to warp and outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants, hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Ultramid® B3WGM24 BK30564 is processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as engine covers, housings and door handles. Is compliant with RohS directive 2011/65/EC and WEEE directive 2002/96/EC.
