Ultramid® HFX 32

Ultramid® HFX 32 is a PA6 specialty grade. Possesses good elastic properties, high dimensional stability, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Offers high melt strength, high flexibility and excellent burst performance. Provides good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, hardness, high mechanical strength, stiffness, good heat stability, high impact resistance, good processability, good damping characteristics and high shock resistance even in dry state and at low temperatures. Exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals, lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by extrusion. Recommended for tubing applications. Is compliant with RohS directive 2011/65/EC and WEEE directive 2002/96/EC.
