Ultramid® One J 219HT V35

Ultramid® One J 219HT V35 by BASF is a flame retarded, halogen-free, high purity, 35% glass fiber reinforced, high-temperature polyamide (PA66/6T). Provides very good mechanical and dielectric properties under humid conditions and elevated temperatures without being influenced by mold temperature. It acts as a bridging the gap between PA66 and PPA. Exhibits high flowability, low water absorption and good dimensional stability. It finds application in electrical and electronics such as connectors, MCBs, MCCBs, consumer & household electronics, electric showers, fuel cell components, autonomous driving and mobility. Ultramid® One J 219HT V35 is suitable for injection molding with easy processability and low tool corrosion.
