Biome3D by Biome Bioplastics is a biodegradable thermoplastic that has similar characteristics as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Exhibits good flexibility, good malleability, smooth touch, no odor, and no cracking. Offers reduced brittleness, good layer adhesion, low to no warping on a non-heated build surface with a raft, low heat resistance and low temperature printing characteristics. Biome3D is made from plant starches and is renewable with the benefits of oil-based filaments. It is designed for use with 3D printing processes.
