Quadraflex™ ALE-55D-B30

Quadraflex™ ALE-55D-B30 by Biomerics is a naturally white colored, high performance aliphatic polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane. It is loaded with 30% barium sulfate by weight and is free with phthalate-based plasticizers. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties, oxidative stability, biocompatibility, elasticity, consistent melt flow properties, non-yellowing during aging and softening at body temperature. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Quadraflex™ ALE-55D-B30 is used in catheter tube applications. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO-10993, ISO 9001:2008 and meets with the requirements of FDA directive 177.1680 for food contact applications.
