Quadraflex™ ARE-95A-B20

Quadraflex™ ARE-95A-B20 by Biomerics is a water insoluble, naturally white colored, high performance aromatic polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane. It is loaded with 20% barium sulfate by weight and is free of phthalate-based plasticizers. Exhibits mild odor, excellent mechanical properties, oxidative stability, biocompatibility, good solvent resistance, elasticity, consistent melt flow properties, chemical resistance, high resiliency and softening at body temperature. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Quadraflex™ ARE-95A-B20 is recommended for a variety of medical applications including clear catheter tubing, connectors and other molded components. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO-10993, ISO 9001:2008 and meets with the requirements of FDA directive 177.1680 for food contact applications.
