Bormed™ HE9601-PH

Bormed™ HE9601-PH is a high flow high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is EtO and radiation sterilizable. Offers high stiffness and chemical inertness. Exhibits high chemical resistance, excellent barrier performance and impermeability to water vapor. Possesses higher melt flow rate as compared to other alternatives enabling high speed and easy processability. Allows production of components requiring complex design parameters or longer flow lengths. Processed by injection molding. Used for medical applications such as two-part syringe plungers, needle covers and caps and closures. Also used for bottles and containers for tablets, powder and granules. Complies with European and US Pharmacopeia and is Drug Master File registered.
