Bormed™ RD804CF

Bormed™ RD804CF by Borealis is an odorless, recyclable, polypropylene (PP) random copolymer with low ethylene content. Exhibits narrow molecular weight distribution, good optical properties, good impact strength, high water vapor barrier and sterilization by water steam. Designed for processing by stretch injection blow molding, blown- and cast film extrusion. Bormed™ RD804CF is used in non-oriented films, secondary packaging, ampoules/bottles for injectable solutions, pouches for continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, parenteral nutrition bags & IV solutions. Typical applications include caps, closures, ampoules/small bottles for eye, ear & nose drops, medical devices or pharmaceutical & diagnostic packaging. Complies with EP, USP, DMF and EC Regulation 1907/2006.
