Borstar® HE6081

Borstar® HE6081 by Borealis is an odorless, black, high density polyethylene (HDPE) compound. It has a specially designed additive package to give excellent track resistance. It exhibits high processability and excellent mechanical properties. It shows resistance to heat deformation-, environment stress crack-, weather- and UV. It is designed for processing by extrusion method. Borstar® HE6081 is used in jacketing of fiber optic cables in high voltage power transmission lines. It complies with EC Regulation No 1907/2006, REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
