Casico™ FR6083

Casico™ FR6083 by Borealis is an odorless, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) flame retardant, polyethylene (PE) compound. It exhibits excellent processing, system aging compatibility, low water permeability and UV resistance. It shows high toughness, mechanical strength, cable downsizing and reduced toxic or corrosive gas emissions. It is designed for processing by PVC/PE extrusion. Casico™ FR6083 is recommended for jacketing for energy cables. It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS, REACH and passes single wire vertical burning tests.
